Small Appliances - If you have taken a tour of your campus, it should have included a visit to the cafeteria. This is where you will find all you need to create a good meal. The only small appliances you may need are a mini fridge and a microwave. There is no need to bring the juicer, toaster, or Quesada maker.

Television and Video Games - It may sound awful to suggest leaving these items at home, but think about it. You are going to be super busy with homework, projects, working, and a social life. Without this distraction, you will get better grades and meet more people. You can watch movies on your computer.

School Supplies - You won't know exactly what you need until the first few days. If the bookstore prices are too high, there is always a big box store close by.
